Spirit Always Listens: Finding Quiet Trust in Everyday Life
Sometimes people come to me and whisper their deepest fear; What if no one up there is listening? They tell me about nights spent talking to the ceiling or the sky, asking for signs, begging for help, and hearing nothing back but their own heartbeat. I understand this worry more than most; I’ve felt it too.
Over the years, working as a psychic and intuitive guide, I’ve watched again and again how Spirit has a way of speaking in gentle nudges rather than thunderclaps. It’s not always about hearing a clear answer in that very moment; it’s about noticing how the answer comes later, often wrapped inside an ordinary moment that doesn’t feel magical at first glance.
When I first started reading cards in my grandparents’ old house, I’d light candles and whisper my questions into the quiet. Some nights, all I got back was the rustle of the trees outside the window. But the next day, or the next week, a conversation, a song lyric, or a stranger’s kindness would land in my path, and there it was, the answer I’d been longing for, just in a shape I hadn’t expected.
Spirit listens. Always. Even when you feel you’re talking into the wind. Even when you’re exhausted from asking for the same thing over and over. The truth is, sometimes we’re given a quiet period because our soul is learning to stand stronger in the silence. Other times, the answer isn’t no, it’s not yet, and I know how hard that is to hear when your heart feels heavy with longing.
One thing I always remind my clients is this: signs don’t have to look grand. A feather on your path. A song that plays when you think of someone you love. A gut feeling that says, turn left instead of right today. All of these are ways Spirit taps your shoulder to say, I’m here. I hear you.
If you’ve been waiting on an answer, keep your eyes and heart open in the everyday moments. The answers often find you when you’re washing dishes or walking your dog, not when you’re straining to hear them in the middle of the night. And if you’d like, that’s what I’m here for too, to help you notice the whispers you might be missing and to remind you that you’re never asking alone.
Spirit listens. Spirit answers. And your voice, no matter how tired or unsure, always reaches where it needs to go.
